Responsible Gambling at pussy918
pussy918 believes that a healthy betting experience starts with self-awareness. This page provides information, guidance and control tools to help Malaysian players stay fully in control while using our platform.
Why Responsible Gambling Matters
For pussy918, gambling is entertainment — not a way to earn income or solve financial problems. This platform is built to provide an enjoyable playing experience, but we recognise that some players may find it difficult to keep their betting habits in check.
That is why we provide a range of tools and resources that allow every user to set personal limits, take a break when needed, and seek help if the situation becomes more serious. Player wellbeing is pussy918's top priority.
Responsible gambling is not just a slogan — it is a daily practice that involves a conscious decision every time you log in to your account. Know your limits, stick to your set budget, and always remember that winning is not guaranteed in any game of chance.
Remember: If betting starts to feel like a burden rather than entertainment, that is a sign to stop for a while and talk to someone you trust.
Core Principles of Responsible Play
- Set money and time limits before you play
- Only use money you can afford to lose
- Do not chase losses with bigger bets
- Take regular breaks during a betting session
- Avoid betting when you are stressed or emotionally unstable
- Make sure betting does not interfere with family or work responsibilities
- Understand the rules of each game before placing a bet
- Use the platform's self-control tools when needed
Player Protection Features at pussy918
pussy918 provides a range of features that help Malaysian players maintain full control over their betting activity.
Personal Deposit Limits
Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once a limit is reached, any further deposits will be blocked automatically for the set period. The minimum deposit limit at pussy918 is RM10 for all payment methods.
Session Time Limits
Set a maximum duration for each playing session. The system will send a reminder when the time limit is almost up, helping you manage your time more effectively and avoid playing longer than intended.
Temporary Break (Cool-Off)
If you need a short break, the cool-off feature lets you suspend account access for 24 hours up to 30 days. During this period, you cannot log in or place any bets.
Promotion Controls
You can choose to opt out of all bonus offers and promotional messages from pussy918. This helps players who are cutting back on their betting activity and do not want to be prompted by offers.
Betting History Review
Monitor your betting patterns through your full transaction history and account activity. Knowing how much you have wagered over time helps you make better decisions going forward.
Full-Time 24/7 Support
The pussy918 customer support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat and email in Malay and English. Contact us at any time if you need help or guidance related to responsible gambling.
Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion is a stricter option for players who feel they need a longer break or want to stop altogether. When this feature is activated, your account will be frozen and you will not be able to access it for the chosen period.
The self-exclusion period ranges from 6 months to permanent account closure. This decision cannot be reversed early, so consider it carefully before proceeding.
Note: Once self-exclusion is activated, any balance remaining in your account can still be claimed through the standard withdrawal process. Contact our support team for further assistance.
How to Apply for Self-Exclusion
- Log in to your pussy918 account
- Go to the account settings or security section
- Select the "Self-Exclusion" option
- Choose your desired exclusion period
- Confirm your decision — it takes effect immediately
- You can contact our 24/7 support for help throughout this process
If you encounter any issues during this process, contact our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]
Signs of a Gambling Problem
Recognising a gambling problem at an early stage is the most important step toward recovery. Here are some signs to watch for in yourself or someone close to you:
- Feeling the need to bet with increasingly larger amounts of money to get the same level of satisfaction
- Constantly thinking about ways to get more money to bet
- Chasing losses — betting more after losing to "break even"
- Lying to family or friends about betting habits
- Using money meant for basic needs for betting purposes
- Feeling restless or irritable when trying to stop betting
- Neglecting work, family or social responsibilities because of betting
Self-Assessment Questions
Answer these short questions honestly to assess how well you are managing your betting habits:
▶ Have you ever bet more than you originally planned?
▶ Has betting ever caused financial problems for you or your family?
▶ Have you ever felt regret after a betting session?
▶ Have you ever tried to stop betting but failed?
▶ Has betting affected your relationship with people close to you?
If you answered "yes" to two or more of the questions above, consider seeking professional support.
